Returns
As our products are handcrafted, natural, and personal care items, we do not accept returns due to hygiene and safety reasons.
However, we will accept a return or replacement if:
- You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- The item is missing from your order

Refunds
Refunds are processed only if:
- The product was out of stock and we cannot fulfill your order
- You cancel the order before it is shipped
- You received a damaged or wrong product and choose a refund instead of a replacement
Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, or before it is shipped. After dispatch, the order cannot be canceled.

Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after confirmation.
- You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–6 business days
- Other locations: 5–9 business days
- Remote or rural areas may take a little longer depending on courier availability.
Shipping Charges
- A small shipping fee of 50 or above may apply to orders depending on the weight of the package.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive for timely delivery, there may be delays due to:
